About Lisa Rice
My love for real estate began during my college years admiring the beautiful architecture on the University of Washington campus. Since then, my husband Dan and I have built several homes and are currently remodeling our home in Boulder.
My background is in sports marketing and special events. In the past I have worked with Seattle SuperSonics, United Cerebral Palsy, and Portland Pride professional indoor soccer team. I have also served on several volunteer board positions including: PTO President of Platt Middle School, Friends of the Library Board President, Fairview High School Choir Board Member and Warrior Girls Lacrosse Booster Club President. My family and I support Attention Homes to raise awareness around the homeless teen situation in Boulder County at the annual "Sleep Out" fundraiser each November. I also serve as a leader of a large youth group of Boulder County.
My husband and I enjoy supporting our three teenage daughters’ many activities. We love to travel and participate in local running races.
My clients can expect enthusiasm as if it were my own property, honest and ethical dealings throughout the process and consistent communication so can everyone will maintain confidence in our plan.
Recently, I received a new designation that I am really excited about: CMRS – Certified Military Residential Specialist. I am thankful for all the men and women who are serving and who have served our country. Giving them my all, and then some, to help them with all their real estate needs is my goal and way to give back. Feel free to pass my name along to any Veteran. As with any referral, I promise to take the best of care throughout the entire process.
