About Nancy Denison
Colorado has been my home since 1971. I graduated from the University of Michigan, spent 1 1/2 years in Washington, D.C. as a volunteer in VISTA then arrived in Colorado never to leave. Everything about this place fulfills my lifestyle.
I attended University of Colorado to continue studying painting and printmaking for 2 years. I was a professional artist for 25 years showing my work in galleries both locally and nationally.
My passion for horses led me into the real estate world. I worked for a prominent horse property REALTOR® for 11 years and learned all the complexities of selling and buying horse properties: water rights, wells, septic, county guidelines, etc. I acquired an excellent working knowledge selling/buying rural properties. Due diligence on these properties is much more rigorous than on others.
My experience has extended to all types of properties over the last 18 years from luxury properties, condos, commercial buildings, Eldorado Springs cottages, to 100+ acre ranches.
I am an advocate for my clients whether they are buyers or sellers. I take great care to make their real estate journey less difficult and more fulfilling. I appreciate the intense, trusting working relationship. I am a dedicated professional and will perform at my absolute best for my clients.
A gracious thanks to my clients who have recommended me for the “5280 5 Star Professional Award” for multiple years.
